Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs or any further charges you may incur.

Turnover Time-

Everything is handmade by myself in my home studio. Fabrications and notions are bought as i receive the orders, this is to minimise waste. current lead times are 6-10 weeks if your order is delayed, you will be contacted by me. I do not send out order updates but do please feel free to reach out to me if you would like an update!

Customs orders-

Please message me for custom orders involving different sizing and fabric options and I will promptly respond!

Care instructions-

As my items are all handmade, please either dry clean, hand wash or on a delicate wash.

Your item will have more care info in the order, but please message me before purchase if you have concerns

Refunds and exchanges-

Order cancellations can only be made up to 12 hours after purchase, this is due to the fact that fabrics and notions are ordered as I go to avoid waste. Transaction fees still get charged even if an order is cancelled which can be very expensive as a small business. Please do get in contact with me if your circumstances have changed and I will happily work with you!

Unfortunately I cannot accept refunds or exchanges as my items are custom made to your sizing. I will only issue a full refund on items that are faulty on review of evidence sent regarding your faulty item. However, I do offer free alterations on your bras should they not fit after receiving your purchase, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Underwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons
